The Pensions Regulator is seeking a Senior Internal Audit Manager to lead the internal audit function, shaping assurance across the organisation and guiding a team of auditors. You will work closely with the Head of Internal Audit to ensure audit activity aligns with strategic priorities and risk appetite. You will coach and develop colleagues, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with Executive Committee and Board stakeholders to enhance governance.
