Starting salary: Salary starting from £47,040 of band per annum dependent on skills and experience, plus excellent benefits package, and flexible working arrangements
Contract type: Fixed term or internal secondment until 31 March 2026
Location: Brighton/hybrid (6 days per month in the office)

The role and responsibilities
As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will be instrumental in delivering and maintaining high-quality solutions across the Dynamics 365 Customer Service application, Power Platform, and Power BI. You\’ll work closely with Product Owners, Service Owners, Business Analysts, and other internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and effectively translated into technical solutions.
You will lead on administrative tasks for the application and implement changes that enhance functionality and user experience. A key part of your role will be identifying opportunities for development efficiencies and platform improvements, ensuring our systems evolve in line with business needs. Collaboration is central to this role, you\’ll work with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and automated testing, helping to build robust and scalable solutions.
In addition to hands-on development, you\’ll offer technical advice and guidance to both your peers and wider business teams. You\’ll contribute to the development of delivery processes and standards, championing DevOps principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively and inclusively will help bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring everyone is empowered to engage with our technology.
The role criteria
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 development, particularly within the Marketing and Customer Service modules (implementing CRM customisations, plugins, workflows, and integrations).
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI), including deployment processes.
- Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and end-user guidance.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
- Experience deploying updates manually and via pipelines.
- Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and the ability to identify and escalate risks and issues.
- Comfortable working independently, thinking creatively, and taking initiative in day-to-day tasks.
