As a Policy Delivery Lead, you will help shape the future of pensions by turning complex ideas into clear, practical policies that support good outcomes for savers. Working closely with government, regulators and colleagues across the organisation, you will develop and deliver policy solutions such as legislation, codes and guidance. Your work will influence how pensions are regulated and ensure the system responds to emerging risks and opportunities. You will collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, sometimes leading and sometimes supporting, to build shared understanding and create strong policy options.
