We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Enterprise Value Management Office (eVMO) Lead Specialist to establish and embed processes that ensure The Pensions Regulator (TPR) is consistently delivering measurable outcomes aligned to its strategic goals. This role will focus on value realisation, performance measures, and outcome tracking, enabling senior leaders to make confident decisions and initiative teams to deliver tangible value.
The eVMO Lead Specialist will coach delivery and leadership roles providing guidance on eVMO best practice and imparting their expertise. If you want to make a difference to protecting saver’s pensions and are interested in a new and exciting career, then this role is for you.
You will build and mature TPR’s Enterprise Value Management capability by combining analytical expertise with coaching, enablement, and strategic influence. The role will work hands-on with data and metrics while empowering teams to adopt outcome-focused, value-centred delivery practices.
- Develop and embed eVMO processes that enable stakeholders to define clear outcomes, metrics, and measures—and ensure these are understood, owned and tracked across the organisation.
- Provide hands-on support to teams in aligning delivery to strategy, shaping value metrics, benefit maps, and outcome definitions, acting as a coach and trusted advisor rather than a controller.
- Translate complex information into accessible insights that inform sequencing, prioritisation, and decision-making.
- Partner across Strategy, Evidence, Corporate Planning, Delivery and Finance to ensure a consistent golden thread from corporate goals to measurable impacts.
- Build organisational capability by offering guidance, frameworks, tools and coaching to help teams’ self-serve and mature their own value management practices.
- Promote a learning environment that encourages experimentation, continuous improvement, and transparency around value delivery.
- Proactively seek and introduce innovative approaches and tools—to enhance value delivery processes and streamline value flow across teams.
- Produce integrated and compelling MI that enables early identification of risks to value and supports intervention where required.
