About The Role
Our communication campaigns are designed to influence opinions and challenge behaviours within TPR’s regulated community and the broader industry. Our activities encompass a wide range of initiatives, including:
- Above‑line digital campaigns to raise awareness and prepare the industry for compliance with their duties.
- Anti‑pension scam initiatives aimed at protecting savers.
- Low or no‑cost nudge programs crafted to enhance the management of pension schemes in the best interests of savers.
We’re looking for a Campaigns Adviser to help us get the right message, to the right people, at the right time. You’ll be responsible for planning, building, executing and evaluating behaviour change campaigns which improve how pension schemes are run. The team
The Market Oversight directorate will implement a significant shift in the way we engage and regulate pension schemes and trustees, including mobilising multi‑disciplinary teams to enhance the system and influencing the delivery of better outcomes for savers, and working through a deep understanding of market‑wide risks and opportunities.
We offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, a hybrid working model, 35 hour working week (full‑time), flexible working patterns, and flexitime. We also provide competitive parental leave, as well as a Civil Service Pension with an average employer contribution of 28.97%.
