The role criteria involve:
- Supporting the delivery of services across several ongoing initiatives, such as digital services and/or CRM - Supervision and Case Management.
- Positioning data as a key organisational asset for better insight, decision-making, risk assessment, supervision, and regulatory impact.
- Delivering high-quality analysis across the full delivery lifecycle using a broad range of Business Analysis techniques.
- Engaging with users and stakeholders to uncover needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
