The Pensions Ombudsman (TPO) provides a vital public service – resolving pension complaints and delivering binding outcomes at no cost to members. We have an exciting opportunity for several Caseworkers and Senior Caseworkers to join our team based in Canary Wharf, where we currently operate an agile working policy of 20% office attendance and a flexible working culture. You will be working full or part-time on a permanent contract and will receive a competitive salary of £37,500 (Caseworker) or £46,194 (Senior Caseworker) per annum pro rata.
At TPO, we investigate and make decisions when someone has been unable to resolve a complaint about how their pension has been managed. With our expertise, we level the playing field between pension providers and pension scheme members. We are part way through an exciting transformation programme which will increase our front-line resource and put us on track to achieve our ambitions. We have Caseworker and Senior Caseworker roles opening now, with more to follow over the next few months.
