Here at The Penny Group, our Client Service Team is responsible for the delivery of key services to our advisers and paraplanners in support of our clients, including the provision of portfolio reports, pre-meeting documentation, reviewing and correcting client cash accounts, drafting servicing letters and providing other services, as required. In addition, the Client Service Team is required to maintain and keep up to date the relevant systems used for the delivery of our services.
The Client Service Team Senior Associate may also have responsibility for taking on some leadership or workflow management responsibilities.

Role Location: The role will primarily be based at our London office. Expenses will be covered for travel between the office locations, should this be required. Our positions are initially office based to increase the opportunities to learn from colleagues. An office based/working from home split is available once the Probationary period has been successfully passed. All roles are offered on an employed basis.
