    • Welcome members, guests, and visitors with warmth, confidence, and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a five-star private members’ club.
    • Provide discreet assistance to members and guests as required, including directions, general enquiries, accessibility support, luggage, umbrellas, taxis, and safe departures.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully at all times, using positive language, active listening, and sound judgement when handling questions, complaints, or sensitive situations.

    • Conduct internal and external patrols, monitor entrances and key areas, and maintain a visible yet discreet security presence throughout the premises.
    • Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, medical situations, fire alarms, anti-social behaviour, intoxication, or conflict, escalating promptly to the Head of Security or duty manager where required.
    • Maintain radio communication with the security and front of house teams; complete all required logs and forms accurately, including sign-in/out sheets and the number plate log.
    • Adhere to all H&S and fire safety procedures; report any accidents, near misses, or safety concerns immediately to the Head Doorman or Security Supervisor and assist with fire alarm tests and emergency procedures and evacuations as directed.
    • Use security systems, access control processes, radios, email, incident reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications confidently and accurately.
