The Pembroke Club is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to support the Chef de Partie in a designated kitchen section, preparing and presenting dishes to the club’s high standards. You will maintain mise en place and help ensure service runs smoothly.
You will work closely with senior chefs, guide junior staff when required, assist in event catering, monitor stock and uphold food safety, hygiene and cleanliness across the kitchen.
