This role is essential in ensuring seamless bar operations, continuous support for the bar teams, maintaining impeccable standards, and delivering an exceptional experience to our members and their guests. Responsibilities
- Support bartenders in the preparation and service of beverages
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including bar back and storage spaces
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries
- Collect and wash glassware promptly to ensure continuous availability
- Assist in completing bar opening and closing procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the bar team
- Uphold the club's standards of discretion, professionalism, and member service
- Complete any extra tasks directed from the bar team to upkeep the successful operations of the bar department
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality support role preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organisation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work collectively
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and remain on feet for extended periods
