The ideal candidate is a polished, personable, and highly professional Receptionist with experience in luxury hospitality or private member clubs. As the first point of contact, this role is central to creating a warm, seamless, and discreet arrival experience for members and their guests.
Working across reception and reservations touchpoints, the Host & Club Receptionist will manage bookings, welcome members, and coordinate closely with the wider floor and reservations teams to ensure a smooth and highly personalized journey throughout the club. The ideal candidate combines natural hosting ability with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Deliver a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all members and guests upon arrival.
- Manage check‑ins and reservations efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and booking requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain up‑to‑date and detailed member profiles, including preferences and notes.
