We are looking for an inspiring Assistant Restaurant Manager who will lead from the front, bring positive energy to every service and help our team make stories come to life for every guest. The role follows a Tuesday to Saturday working pattern.
Here's what you will do during a typical day:
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be a visible, hands-on leader on the restaurant floor. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will inspire the team to deliver polished, personal service with warmth, confidence and personality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tuesday to Saturday working pattern.
- Leading from the front and setting the pace for an engaging, memorable service.
- Creating genuine guest connections and ensuring every visit becomes a story worth sharing.
- Bringing the menu, wines and cocktails to life through confident storytelling.
- Coaching and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional standards.
- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns with confidence and care.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Championing Conrad Service standards standards.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- Loves making memories for guests and creating meaningful connections.
- Leads from the front with warmth, energy and confidence.
- Is passionate about food, drinks and culinary storytelling.
- Enjoys coaching, motivating and developing a team.
- Remains calm, organised and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Has supervisory or management experience in a quality restaurant, luxury hotel or premium hospitality setting.
-Experience from high end Indian restaurant is preferred
