Public House Group was founded following the launch of our first site, The Pelican in Notting Hill. Since then, we’ve opened The Bull in Charlbury, The Hero in Maida Vale, The Fat Badger in Notting Hill, and our newest project, The Hart in Marylebone. We’re seeking an experienced Manager to join our group and play a key role in shaping the success of one of our pubs.

What you’ll be doing as a General Manager:
- Developing, leading and motivating the front-of-house team;
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining a high-performing team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high levels of guest experience and team performance.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high venue and service standards.
- Manage the daily operations, from overseeing stock control and ordering, to ensuring health and safety standards are exceeded.
- Drive sales and profitability by monitoring budgets, optimizing costs, and implementing effective strategies.
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and the local community.
- This role requires a hands-on approach to management, with the ability to lead from the front. 85% of your time will be spent front of house with the team and guests.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
