About the role
We are seeking an energetic and commercially driven Senior Sales Representative to join our sales team and help grow our umbrella and CIS payroll services. This role focuses on building relationships with recruitment agencies, CIS agencies, and contractor heavy businesses, identifying opportunities to move contractor payroll services to Bravtech PayMe and Unlimited Pay Support. We are particularly interested in someone with several years of experience working in the umbrella payroll, CIS payroll, contractor payroll, or recruitment agency sector who understands how agency payroll decisions are made and brings with them industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and CIS agencies
- Identify agencies with contractor populations suitable for migration
- Engage decision makers to understand payroll requirements
- Support agency onboarding and contractor payroll transitions
- Maintain CRM activity and pipeline management
- Work with internal teams to progress opportunities to conversion
- Contribute to sales strategy and market development
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years experience in one or more of the following areas: Umbrella payroll, CIS payroll, Contractor payroll services, Recruitment agency account management or business development, Payroll sales within the contractor market
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Confidence speaking with agency owners and decision makers
- Commercial awareness and motivation to win new business
- Understanding of contractor onboarding and payroll models
- An existing network of recruitment agency or contractor market contacts would be highly advantageous.
