The Role

You will take ownership of your section, delivering fresh, seasonal dishes to Rosette standard. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will help maintain the high standards the Peat Spade is known for while supporting and guiding junior chefs.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a quality fresh food environment
  • Takes pride in consistency and presentation
