The Peat Spade Inn in Stockbridge is a beautiful country pub with rooms, set in the heart of the Hampshire countryside and known for its seasonal menus, refined pub dishes and warm, characterful setting. Proudly holding 1 AA Rosette status and recognised as a Muddy Stilettos Winner, the Peat Spade blends elevated food with genuine hospitality.
We are now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our award-winning brigade.

You will take ownership of your section, delivering fresh, seasonal dishes to Rosette standard. Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will help maintain the high standards the Peat Spade is known for while supporting and guiding junior chefs.
