The Peat Spade Inn in Longstock, Hampshire, is seeking a chef to lead a section and deliver Rosette-level, seasonal dishes. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain the high standards Upham Inns is known for, and guide junior staff.
