Employment Partner – Legal Firm

This is an opportunity to join a top tier Music/Entertainment firm in the West End who are seeking to appoint anEmployment Partner to join their dynamic team based in the heart of London's West End. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to take on a senior leadership role within a prominent organisation.

About the Role:

  • Lead and develop the employment law practice, providing expert advice to a diverse client portfolio.
  • Oversee complex employment disputes, including tribunal claims, breaches of contract, and discrimination cases.
  • Contribute to business growth through client development and networking activities.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain high-quality service delivery.
  • Working with a wide range of music/entertainment/film and publishing clients
  • Work on a range of contentious and non-contentious work, with a 70/30 split to respondentwork.
  • Represent the firm at a range of business development functions and have a track record of developing new clients through referral networks.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Lawyer specialising in Employment Law.
  • Strong leadership and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and client management abilities.
  • A recognised legal qualification and active practising certificate.
  • 10 pqe+
