We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager (Groups) with a passion for immersive entertainment and a strong network within the events and attractions industry. This role requires a proactive sales professional who can drive revenue by securing group bookings, events, parties, corporate events, and partnerships while also generating new business opportunities for our existing experiences and venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships of leadership internally and externally by ensuring our core values; Pioneers, Act, Trust, Hunger, Excellence, Nimble, Talent and Smart have visibility within the business.
- Proactively drive corporate and group sales for Monopoly Lifesized, The Paddington Bear Experience, and any other new projects or venues, as the company continues to grow.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including corporate event planners, immersive entertainment professionals, and ticketing partners.
- Secure group bookings, private hires, and bespoke event contracts for existing experiences and pipeline venues.
- Work closely with the Events Manager, Marketing and Operations teams to create compelling sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Create a sales tracker to present and share business on the books and pipeline opportunities.
- Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise revenue generation.
- Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to generate leads and enhance Path Entertainment Group’s presence in the market.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the immersive entertainment, attractions, or events sector.
- A strong network of industry contacts, including corporate clients, event agencies, and tour operators.
- A proactive and driven sales mentality, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling private hires, corporate events, and large-scale group bookings.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
