The Pastry Room are looking for a number of positive and hard-working individuals to join our growing team who want to develop with us. The role includes such activities as collating raw ingredients, weighing out recipes, blending, packing and palletising finished products. You should be able to work well as part of a team and have the self-drive demonstrating initiative and willingness to learn on the job. Training will be given in all aspects of our manufacturing processes and standards of safe working practices.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Work to production plans and meet goals
  • To have a desire to develop yourself and learn
  • Work safely and efficiently
  • Follow health and safety procedures
  • Work well as part of a team and as an individual
  • Have good communication skills

The role involves lifting of ingredient sacks and boxes up to 25kg so you should be physically capable and willing. Based in Elsham, North Lincolnshire and within travelling distance of Brigg, Scunthorpe, Barton-upon-Humber & Grimsby. You will require your own transport.

We are currently undergoing investment and an expansion plan for existing lines and are always bringing new products to the market.
