The Passage is one of the UK’s leading homelessness charities, providing a comprehensive range of services to support people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. For over four decades, we have delivered high‑impact frontline support, innovative housing solutions, and evidence‑based advocacy aimed at ending street homelessness. We are seeking an experienced and committed Trustee to join our Board and contribute to the strategic leadership and governance of the charity. Trustees play a central role in ensuring The Passage remains financially sustainable, well‑governed, and focused on delivering high‑quality services that meet the needs of the communities we serve. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements ~ Supporting and scrutinising organisational performance ~ Acting as an ambassador for the charity and its mission ~ Commitment to social justice and addressing homelessness ~ We particularly encourage applications from candidates with expertise in housing, finance, public policy, charity governance, lived experience of homelessness, or community engagement, though this is not essential.
