As a volunteer, you will help facilitate sessions, support clients during activities, and assist with preparation and planning. Your role will be pivotal in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, enabling participants to gain valuable skills for everyday life and work., We are seeking a Romanian-speaking volunteer to work with our Roma Employment Coach to deliver our English Language Club. As a volunteer, you will help facilitate and deliver sessions, assist clients during activities, and contribute to the planning and preparation of each workshop . Your role will be central in creating a relaxed and inclusive space where participants feel encouraged to engage, practice English, and develop their confidence., Building a rapport whilst maintaining both personal and professional boundaries and adhering to our safeguarding policy is key to this role.

Assist in leading group discussions and activities during workshops.

Help plan and prepare materials for the sessions, including visual aids and interactive resources.

Set up and clean up the meeting space, and assist with refreshments as required.

Provide English language support in Romanian/Romani, including translating and explaining workshop content to participants.

Address client needs that arise during sessions, reporting concerns to staff as necessary., * Induction and training including introduction to homelessness, personal & professional boundaries and equality, diversity & inclusion
