The predicted salary is between 25 - 30 £ per hour.

The Passage House Hotel is a 90 bedroom hotel and apartments located on the banks of the river Teign, in Kingsteignton, Devon. Hotel experience is preferred but full training can be provided for the right friendly candidate. Knowledge of Reslynx/Guestline would be advantageous.

You would have both the first and last contact with our guests. With this in mind, a smiling approach with a can-do attitude is a must, along with a pro-active attitude to helping in other departments.

The job role includes but is not limited to:

  • Ensure guests receive a friendly and efficient check-in and check-out.
  • Dealing with any guest issues that may arise.
  • Handling cash.
  • Call handling.
  • Use of our reservations system (Reslynx/Guestline).
  • Making reservations.
  • Guest relations.

Shifts will be 0630am-230pm, 2pm-10pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.

Pay: £12.46 per hour.

Benefits: Discounted or free food, Employee discount, On-site parking.

Work Location: In person.
