About The Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers give customer feedback insights and help us stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.
Role Details
As a Delivery Driver working on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
- Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
- Ensuring high levels of customer service
- Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
- Loading your vehicle according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns as required
- Vehicle maintenance including daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse when needed
- Helping with inter-branch transfer deliveries when required
Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.
About You
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Good knowledge of the mile radius around the branch
- Previous delivery driver experience
- Understanding of excellent customer service standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
- Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
