About The Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are important for gathering customer feedback and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
As a Delivery Driver working on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
- Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
- Ensuring high levels of customer service
- Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
- Loading your vehicle according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns as required
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance and daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse when needed
- Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required
Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch coverage.
About You
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Knowledge of the delivery radius of the branch
- Previous delivery driver experience
- Understanding of excellent customer service standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good time keeping
- Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
