About The Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They give customer feedback insights and help us stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.
As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive interactions with customers.
Main Duties include:
- Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
- Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
- Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
- Loading your vehicle according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns as required
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Helping in the warehouse as needed
- Assisting with Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as required
Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.
About You
What you\’ll need to succeed:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
- Previous delivery driver experience
- Understanding of excellent customer service standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
- Customer-focused, driven, and willing to go the extra mile
