About The Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They give feedback insights and help ensure timely delivery of goods.
Main Duties include:
- Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Feedback to branch on customer and competitor activity
- Loading vehicles according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns
- Vehicle maintenance including daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse as needed
- Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries
Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.
About You
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
- Previous delivery driver experience
- Understanding of excellent customer service standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
