Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and continuously providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are important to us, giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.

Delivery Drivers support the branch in covering holidays or absences. They contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the Company brand through positive interaction with customers.

Main Duties include:

  • Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
  • Providing feedback to the branch on customer and competitor activity
  • Loading vehicles according to procedures
  • Collecting customer returns as required
  • Carrying out vehicle maintenance and daily checks
  • Assisting in the warehouse when needed
  • Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch coverage.

About You

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
  • Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver
  • Understanding of the importance of excellent customer service
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
  • Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
