About The Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team at GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer feedback insights and help ensure timely delivery of goods. As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of the organization and promote the company brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
- Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Giving feedback on customer and competitor activity
- Loading your vehicle according to procedures
- Collecting customer returns
- Carrying out vehicle maintenance and daily checks
- Assisting in the warehouse as needed
- Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries
Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.
About You
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
- Previous delivery driver experience
- Understanding of excellent customer service standards
- Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
