About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers contribute customer feedback insights and help us stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of a high-performing organization and promoting the company brand through positive interactions with customers.

Main Duties include:

  1. Delivering products to customers\’ premises within a mile radius
  2. Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
  3. Providing feedback to the branch on relevant customer and competitor activity
  4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
  5. Collecting customer returns as required
  6. Performing vehicle maintenance including daily checks
  7. Assisting in the warehouse as needed
  8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working

About You

What you\’ll need to succeed:

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
  • Excellent knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
  • Previous experience as a delivery driver
  • Understanding the importance of excellent customer service standards
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
  • Customer-focused, driven to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
