The Partnership Trust is seeking a skilled Communication Support Worker (CSW) to provide dedicated one-on-one support for a deaf and Autistic young person in Radstock. To facilitate their access to both classroom learning and work placements, you will enable effective communication and help them gain independence.

This role includes responsibilities such as:
