An organisation who truly puts people first has a rare opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our team, the position has come available due to retirement. We have a vacancy within one of our homes for a Care Home Manager. As manager you will apply for registration with CQC and lead your team to deliver exceptional person centred care to those within our home. We aim to create communities that thrive in each other's support and enable people to live as they choose.
We are looking for a talented individual who has experience of managing a Care home (for older adults), who is innovative, approachable and passionate about older adults care and support. In return we are a dynamic, forward thinking organisation who value their team. The successful candidate will have a mentorship programme to aid their induction.
Hazel Court Care Home is part of The Partnership in Care group (TPIC), the home provides long term care and shorter term placements in the form of community assessment beds in conjunction with community colleagues. TPIC are a group of six homes operating within Suffolk, committed to providing excellent care through innovative practice.
Qualifications
The successful candidate would be an experienced and confident Manager looking to join an organisation who truly cares about those they support and those that work for them. Someone who thrives upon the challenges of our sector and has the ethos of long term care providing a home environment, where people are supported in partnership.
Desirable skills would include a qualification such as Registered Nurse and/or QCF/RQF Level 4 (but not essential). Salary depending on Qualifications and Experience. Previous experience in care home management (essential); Knowledge of dementia care and best practice; Strong leadership and organisational skills; Ability to manage a team effectively and ensure high standards of care are maintained. Most importantly of all, the successful candidate needs to have a passion for providing excellent person centred care.
