Finding. Winning. Keeping. Team.

Lead your region. Build your business. Create lasting partnerships.

We’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial salespeople who want more than a traditional sales role. As a Regional Partner, you’ll take ownership of your region and run it like your own business. You’ll build relationships, create opportunities, win new clients, manage existing accounts and influence others to deliver positive outcomes for YRH clients. This is a growth sales role; for someone who thrives on being out in the market, creating opportunities and turning relationships into long-term commercial partnerships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Finding
    • Build a strong network of prospective clients, partners and influencers.
    • Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking and cold business development.
    • Get out into your market - attending events, building relationships and creating conversations.
    • Identify opportunities before they become obvious to everyone else.
    • Build a healthy, self-generated pipeline and take ownership of your numbers.
  • Winning
    • Lead consultative sales conversations, understanding the real needs and challenges of potential clients.
    • Develop compelling solutions that create genuine value.
    • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
    • Own the sales process from first conversation through to close.
    • Negotiate commercially and confidently, without sacrificing the long-term relationship.
    • Become known in your region as someone who brings insight, energy and solutions — not just sales pitches.
  • Keeping
    • Build long-term, commercially valuable client relationships.
    • Account manage consultatively, continually looking for ways to improve outcomes and add value.
    • Understand your clients' businesses, challenges and ambitions.
    • Identify opportunities to grow and develop existing partnerships.
    • Become a trusted adviser who clients want to work with again and recommend to others.
  • Team
    • Lead through influence, coaching and accountability.
    • Help your team develop their own client relationships and commercial opportunities.
    • Bring people together around a shared regional vision.
    • Take responsibility for the overall performance and reputation of your region.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who thinks like an owner, not an employee. You might come from a B2B sales, recruitment, professional services, consultancy, partnerships, agency or business development background. What matters most is your commercial mindset and your appetite to build something.

You’ll be someone who:

  • Is naturally entrepreneurial and takes ownership.
  • Loves winning new business and creating opportunities from scratch.
  • Is comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations with people you don't know.
  • Builds relationships quickly and genuinely enjoys being around people.
  • Can sell consultatively rather than relying on a transactional sales approach.
  • Is commercially driven and motivated by growth.
  • Has the confidence to operate with autonomy.
  • Can build a personal network and become influential within a region.
  • Enjoys leading, coaching and getting the best out of others.
  • Is resilient, ambitious and comfortable with accountability.
  • Wants the opportunity to build something that feels like their own business.

Why become a Regional Partner?

This isn’t simply a territory sales role. It’s an opportunity to build and lead a regional business within an established platform - with the autonomy to make it your own. You’ll have the freedom to shape your market, build your network, win clients, influence a team and directly impact the growth of your region.

If you’re someone who wants to find opportunities, win relationships, keep great clients and build a team around you, this could be the next step you’ve been looking for. Find it. Win it. Keep it. Build the team. Own the region.
