Part-Time Senior Bookkeeper (South London)
We have an exciting opportunity with an existing client in the pharmaceutical industry, who are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to support their Finance team on a part-time, self-employed basis. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day bookkeeping function while providing support across the wider finance department. A key requirement for this role is proven experience in inventory management, as you will play an integral role in maintaining accurate stock records and supporting effective inventory controls within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Full bookkeeping duties
VAT return preparation and submission
Credit control
Inventory management
Bank reconciliations
Purchase and sales ledger management
Maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with month-end processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper
Inventory management experience is essential
Experience preparing and submitting VAT returns
Excellent credit control skills
Ability to work independently while supporting the Financial Controller
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Location: London
Commitment: 2 full days per week
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £22.50 per hour (Self-Employed)
