About the Role

At YRH Finance Team, we’ve spent over 18 years helping UK SMEs grow smarter and more profitably. Our fractional finance services give business owners access to commercial finance expertise—without the cost or risk of hiring in-house. We are growing our presence across London, and we’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to take ownership of this key region. Your core purpose will be to build, develop and grow the territory, expanding our footprint and creating a strong network of SME clients and introducers. You’ll shape the growth of a high-potential region—identifying opportunities, opening doors, and steadily building a portfolio that will generate long-term recurring income as it matures. You’ll work consultatively with business owners, supported by a respected brand, proven services, and comprehensive onboarding from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage SME business owners (£1.5m–£10m turnover)
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to sign-up
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and introducers
  • Promote our high-impact fractional finance services
  • Grow the North & Central London region and develop a portfolio that generates long-term recurring income

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience with SME decision-makers
  • Confident having commercial, strategic conversations
  • Proactive, self-driven and target-focused
  • Comfortable discussing business finance (no accounting required)
  • Strong at prospecting and building introducer/referral networks
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience establishing introducer relationships from scratch and scaling them into consistent, high-quality referral pipelines

Why Join Us?

  • Long-term earning potential with uncapped recurring commission
  • Warm territory & strong market presence
  • Full training and sales enablement
  • Autonomy with meaningful support
  • Services that deliver high value and long client retention
