We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, highly organised, and capable of running a busy kitchen to the highest standards.
What you’ll do:
- Direct all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning.
- Maintain kitchen equipment as required.
- Supervise chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring a cohesive team environment.
- Resolve any issues as they arise to maintain smooth foodservice operations.
- Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure efficiency at all times.
- Plan menus based on ingredient availability and costings.

- Collaborate with the General Manager, Executive Chef, and operations team to achieve the establishment’s goals.
