We are looking for someone to join our close-knit team front of house on the reception desk. We have 26 hours available across 5 days with a mixture of early and late shifts.
Main duties of the job:
- Booking patients' appointments and navigating alternative appointments and services
- Assisting colleagues
- Answering emails and completing tasks
- Working on the hatch handing patients their prescriptions
About us:
Hanslope surgery is a part of the Parks Medical Practice. We have 4 sites in total - Hanslope, Blisworth, Roade and Grange Park. We recently joined partnership with Danes Camp and Rillwood surgeries as well.
Job responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable receptionist, who will go above and beyond within their job role. To remain professional at all times but build a rapport with our patients. Happy to help wherever possible and always carry a smile. To also work on our Dispensary 'Hatch' handing out prescriptions to patients who come to collect their medication and offering help and assistance to their queries.
