Lead the heart of one of the South East's leading racket sports clubs. The Parklangley Club is more than a private members sports club. We're a thriving community where members come to play, socialise, celebrate and belong. We're looking for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of our clubhouse operation, leading the delivery of an exceptional member experience while driving hospitality standards, commercial performance and a culture of outstanding service. This is a highly visible leadership role where no two days are the same. From leading reception and hospitality teams to overseeing events, improving member engagement and identifying new commercial opportunities, you'll play a key role in shaping the future experience of our Club.
Responsibilities
- Leading and inspiring our reception, hospitality and front‑of‑house managers and teams.
- Creating an exceptional member and visitor experience across every touchpoint.
- Driving service standards, operational consistency and a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere.
- Overseeing clubhouse events, member functions and social activities.
- Maximising bar, hospitality and secondary spend opportunities while maintaining strong commercial awareness.
- Overseeing staffing, rotas and operational deployment across front‑facing services.
- Monitoring budgets, margins and operational performance to support sustainable growth.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across Finance, Sport, Estates and People to deliver a seamless Club experience.
- Acting as a visible leader during busy trading periods, evenings and major Club events.
