Tennis Coach – Join Our Vibrant Team at The Parklangley Club

Job Type: Full-time (with opportunities for extra hours)

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver a mix of group coaching (juniors & adults), including tots, mini-red, and developmental pathways
  • Provide one-to-one coaching with strong demand from players waiting to join
  • Lead on LTA initiatives such as LTA Youth, LTA Youth Start, Cardio Tennis, and Tennis Xpress
  • Work across the club and satellite venues, engaging with schools and community programmes
  • Support and inspire players of all levels to enjoy and improve their game

About You

  • LTA Level 3 (or working towards it), with LTA Accredited+ status and a valid DBS
  • Completed LTA Safeguarding training
  • Strong knowledge of LTA initiatives and ability to deliver engaging sessions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with players, parents, and colleagues
  • Professional, reliable, and motivated with a positive \"can-do\" attitude
  • A team player who thrives in a busy environment and is eager to learn and progress
  • Good playing standard and willing to coach across schools and community settings
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends essential
  • Minimum Level 2 Tennis Coaching Certificate (required)
  • DBS and Insurance (required)
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
