Ensure the effective implementation of safeguarding and child protection policies, maintaining confidentiality

Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements

Support the educational development and pastoral care of children, contributing to their happiness and well-being

Support the class teacher in creating stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments, planning and implementing engaging activities aligned with our EYFS curriculum, ensuring children’s individual needs are met.

Provide regular assessments, record keeping and feedback on children’s progress to the class teacher

Perform duties such as supervising meals, changing nappies or assisting with toileting, tidying and maintaining cleanliness.
