The Park View is a lively community pub & kitchen in Worthing, part of the Si Group family. We’re known for our freshly prepared pub classics, wood-fired pizzas, seasonal specials, and a buzzing atmosphere with live music, quiz nights, and sports.

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Head Chef to take the lead in our kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves casual dining, thrives on fresh, locally sourced food, and wants to play a big role in the growth of both the menu and the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running daily kitchen operations to high standards
  • Contributing to our already successful menu and creating event menus and seasonal specials
  • Leading and motivating the kitchen team
  • Managing stock, GP, and kitchen controls
  • Collaborating with management on events and promotions
  • Building strong links with local suppliers

What we’re looking for:
