What will I do?
- Ensure that all members and guests always receive a high level of customer service whilst carrying out duties required to ensure the efficient running of the health club in a safe, controlled environment.
- Demonstrate how to operate equipment safely and effectively, devise individual programmes for members to achieve their goals and deliver fun and engaging classes.
- Support the cleanliness of the health club and spa areas ensuring all public areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Is this the role for me?
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor
- Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent
- Qualifications in water testing, pool plant and pool lifeguard/responder
- Experience conducting fitness classes
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
Working Hours:
- Spa Opening Times: Monday - Sunday - 10:00am - 18:00pm.
- Health Club Opening Times: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 22:00pm | Saturday, 7:30am- 20:00pm | Sunday, 7:30am - 19:00pm.
