Jeremy King Restaurants is looking for an experienced Reception Manager to lead the front door at The Park. You will join a professional, supportive team where respect, integrity and teamwork come first. We will give you the tools and opportunities to grow whilst working in a strong, well managed brigade.
The Role:
You will lead and develop the Reception and Reservations teams and ensure that guests receive a professional and gracious welcome. Working closely with the wider management team, you will oversee reservations and table allocation, maintain the highest standards of guest care and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the front of house throughout every service.
About You:
You will be calm, polished and warm, take pride in delivering an exceptional welcome and have a sharp eye for detail, from the reservations book to the presentation of your team.
Ideally, you will have experience as Reception Manager in a high-end, high-volume restaurant, with a strong understanding of the standards expected in a premium dining environment. Experience with Seven Rooms and EPOS systems ideal.
