The Park Federation Academy Trust is seeking an HR & Recruitment Officer for James Elliman Academy in Slough.

This 36-hour-per-week role runs 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday, throughout all year.

You will manage recruitment, contracts and the HR information system, reporting to the HR Manager.

You will also support cyclic tasks such as the school workforce census and work within an experienced HR team to promote staff welfare and safeguarding.
