We are looking to appoint a Year Team Leader (Nursery Manager). The ideal candidates will be caring, patient, self‑motivated and able to work from their own initiative. They will support the academy to establish a safe, happy and inclusive school where hard work, good behaviour and excellent progress are prized.

At least two full years’ teaching experience is an essential requirement.

  • Grade: MPS1 - UPS3 + TLR2a
  • Pay Scale: £38,370 - £56,154 + £3,527
  • Working Weeks: Full Time
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Track record of excellent progress and high quality teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

The academy is part of The Park Federation Academy Trust, allowing us to benefit from a wealth of expertise across our ten academies, as well as enabling us to provide opportunities for sharing of good practice and high‑quality training.
