Salary: £32,069-£33,985 (national increase pending)

Location: James Elliman Academy, Slough

Hours: 36 hours per week

Work pattern: 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday

Working weeks: all year round (52 weeks per annum)

Holiday: 26 days plus bank holidays

The Park Federation Academy Trust is a community-focused Multi-Academy Trust, comprising of ten primary academies across Buckinghamshire, Hillingdon and Slough, supporting 6,000 students and employing 850 staff.

The Role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the primary focus of the HR & Recruitment Officer is to oversee the day-to-day management of recruitment, contracts and the HR information system. The HR & Recruitment Officer will also support the Head of HR and HR Manager on cyclic tasks, such as the school workforce census.

Your Experience & Qualifications

You will have recent generalist HR experience within a shared services team and ideally hold a CIPD level 3 qualification.

Your Qualities & Attributes

The ideal candidate needs to be highly organised, able to think on their feet and willing to support others in the team when required.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS and Barred List check.
