The Parish Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated CARE Project Lead to oversee and strengthen one of our core community services, supporting thousands of people each year across Caerphilly Borough.

This role combines project leadership with practical delivery. You will streamline services, improve systems and processes, and help shape the future of the CARE Project, while also remaining actively involved in day‑to‑day operations including supporting volunteers, overseeing the food hub, handling supplies, and assisting with deliveries when required.

You will play a key role in coordinating volunteers, managing partnerships with food suppliers, ensuring compliance and good practice, and maintaining high standards of service for those accessing support.

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, values‑driven, and comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on work in a fast‑paced community setting. Project management or service development experience is highly desirable.

A full UK driving licence is required.
