Do you love people, and are energised by planning, and systems and processes? We are looking to appoint an individual to lead our operational delivery, enabling St Nics to be a resourcing church, which has significant kingdom impact in the city and beyond. This person will develop and embed strategies and procedures that will give life and shape to our vision.

Set in the heart of the beautiful and historic city of Durham, St Nics is a bigger church with multiple congregations. This role will enable St Nics to transition to an operating model that takes account of the complexities of delivery and enables the whole church to be released in serving. We believe that if our vision and strategy is to be effective, it must be embedded in the church culture and operations.

The job is full-time.
