Our small space is bursting with the vibrant colours, flavours, sounds and aromas of the rich cultures of Southern Spain and Italy, North Africa and the Levant. Whether in the midst of the action at our kitchen counter, back in the elegant dining room or spilling out onto our street terrace, the atmosphere here remains at the forefront of our city’s dining scene.
We’re looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our Front of House team.
You’ll be:
- A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service.
- Knowledgeable about classic cocktails and wine.

- Experienced on the floor and comfortable getting stuck in and supporting the Waiters during a busy service.
